In our design philosophy, we celebrate simplicity over complication, singularity within multiplicity, and unfamiliarity within familiarity.
We are heavily involved in projects not only in the California Bay Area but also in South East Asia. Our works include varying sizes of residential and commercial projects.
Both our Design and Engineering Team are brought on from the pre-design phase, working collaboratively to vivify the client’s vision throughout schematic and design development.
We also work hand in hand with the city official and contractor during permitting and construction to provide rapid and cost effective solutions while meeting the client’s desires.
